• I was a certified life coach while attending Texas Tech University for my undergraduate degree in psychology (I narrowly missed the Patrick Mahomes era while attending but saw him in action).

• I received my LMFTa  (developmental license) in 2010 after an intensive masters degree program that included doing therapy.

• After graduation, I moved to Indiana and started the process of gaining extensive hours and supervision and was fully licensed in Indiana in 2012.

• Since becoming fully licensed I have worked in community mental health and wellness centers

• In 2016 I established  a private practice in Indiana.

Now I have moved to the Kansas City area, and I am excited to meet you!
